P.E. News
Hopefully, PE class will be more than learning and building upon physical skills and fitness. I hope it is the perfect opportunity to showcase character traits such as perseverance, honesty, teamwork, and humility, (just to name a few), as well . Enjoyment of physical activity and an appreciation of a healthy lifestyle are also goals of the PE program.
Primary classes, (K-2), typically focus on skill development and games of low organization, while the upper grades, (3-5), put those skills to work through team play in both traditional and non-traditional games and activities.
Students will come to PE as a homeroom class as part of a 4 subject, "SPECIALS", rotation- Art, Music, PE, and Computer Lab. For exact dates that your child will have PE, please refer to the "SCHEDULE" portion of this website.
With that in mind, please feel free to explore the rest of this website for information about PE current events as well as special events. Please be patient- this website is constantly being updated and improved.
